3.1. Plants America, LLC specializes in exporting live plants in compliance with USDA and international regulations.

3.2. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted in their country and for obtaining all required import permits.

3.3. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, inspections, or other regulatory procedures.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Due to the perishable and regulated nature of live plant products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the plants arrive in non-viable condition.

4.2. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Plants America, LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Plants America, LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
